We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Sign-in links
We do not use passwords. When you ask to sign in to your account page, we email you a link containing a short-lived token (valid for 15 minutes). Anyone with the link can open your account page while it is valid, so do not forward it.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it for us, or who act as independent controllers for their part of the service:
Stripe, Inc. and Link — payment processing; Link is the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase and processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
Resend — sending our service emails.
Framer — hosting our website and receiving contact-form submissions.
Cloudflare — network delivery and security.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers — running the API and storing our databases.
We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data protection law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
6. Retention
Account and subscription data: for as long as your account is active, and then only as long as needed to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
Billing records: 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes.
Card fingerprint and funding type: kept with the subscription record so that free trials remain limited to one per customer.
API request logs: 7 days, unless needed longer to investigate a specific abuse or security incident.
Contact enquiries: up to 24 months after the last interaction.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email support@sportrix.ai. We may need to verify your identity, and some data must be kept for legal reasons (for example, billing records).
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, restricted access to production systems, and keeping payment card data with our payment provider rather than on our servers. No system is completely secure; tell us at support@sportrix.ai if you believe your account or API key has been compromised.
9. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies needed for it to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The checkout and billing portal pages are operated by Stripe/Link and use their own cookies under their policies.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or on our website before it takes effect.
