Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SportriX website at sportrix.ai, the SportriX APIs, and any related data, documentation and support (together, the “Service”), provided by SportriX LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“SportriX”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using an API key, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent (“you”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is offered to businesses and professionals. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are using the Service for business purposes.

1. Accounts and API keys

1.1 You must give us accurate account information, including a working email address, and keep it up to date.

1.2 Your API key is a credential. Keep it confidential, do not embed it in software distributed to third parties or in public client-side code, and tell us promptly at support@sportrix.ai if you believe it has been exposed. You are responsible for all use of the Service made with your key.

1.3 One subscription grants one account. You may not share, sell or sublicense your access.

2. Plans, trials and payment

2.1 Plans. The plans, prices, included sports and data types are described on our pricing page. Your plan determines which data you can access.

2.2 Free trial. Each plan may include a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start a trial. Trials are limited to one per customer: we may decline or end a trial and charge the subscription price immediately if we reasonably determine that the same person, organisation, email address or payment card has already had a trial. Trials started with prepaid cards are not eligible and are charged from the start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged.

2.3 Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.4 Reseller. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates, including Link, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase. Your payment, applicable taxes, receipts and payment disputes are handled by Link under its own terms and privacy policy, which you accept at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.

2.5 Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we and our payment provider may retry it. If a subscription has never been successfully paid (for example, a trial whose first charge fails), access is paused until payment succeeds. If payment is not recovered, the subscription is cancelled.

2.6 Changing plans. To upgrade or downgrade, email support@sportrix.ai. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

2.7 Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or the end of the trial), and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable, including for partial periods.

2.8 Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription; if you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect.

3. Licence and acceptable use

3.1 Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence during your subscription to access the Service and use the data it returns (“Data”) within your own products and internal operations.

3.2 Unless you have a separate written enterprise agreement with us, you may not:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense or otherwise make the Data available to third parties as a data feed, dataset or API, in raw or substantially raw form;

  • use the Service to build a product that competes with SportriX;

  • exceed reasonable usage, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or access the Service other than through the documented APIs;

  • scrape, crawl or reverse engineer the Service;

  • use the Service in violation of any law, including laws on gambling, betting, advertising and data protection, or in any jurisdiction where your use is unlawful.

3.3 We may monitor usage to operate the Service, enforce these Terms and prevent abuse.

4. The Data

4.1 Sports data and odds change rapidly and come from third-party sources. We work to provide accurate, timely Data, but we do not guarantee that Data is complete, accurate, timely or uninterrupted, and it may contain delays or errors.

4.2 The Data is information, not advice. Nothing in the Service is betting, financial or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you or your users make using the Data, including any wagering. Gambling involves risk; you are responsible for complying with responsible-gambling and licensing requirements that apply to you.

4.3 Sport and market coverage may change over time. If we permanently remove coverage that is a material part of your plan, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid annual fee for that plan.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise any particular uptime unless agreed in a separate written agreement (for example an enterprise SLA). We may perform maintenance and make changes to the Service, including to APIs, with reasonable notice for breaking changes where practical. Support is available at support@sportrix.ai.

6. Suspension and termination

6.1 We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where reasonable, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security risk, or if required by law.

6.2 You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

6.3 On termination your licence ends, your API key stops working, and you must stop using the Service. Sections 3.2, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, our software and documentation, and our compilation of the Data are owned by SportriX and its licensors. Except for the licence in section 3.1, no rights are granted to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and Data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportriX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or wagering losses, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.

9.2 Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify SportriX against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service or Data in breach of these Terms or applicable law, including claims by your own users.

11. General

11.1 Changes. We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or on the website at least 30 days before it applies to you. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it.

11.2 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

11.3 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any order form or enterprise agreement signed by both parties, are the entire agreement about the Service. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

11.4 Other. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
